Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for interpreting data, analyzing results using statistical techniques, and providing ongoing reports that support business decisions. Key Responsibilities:
Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources.
Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to drive strategic decisions.
Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and deliver data-driven insights.
Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, and data analytics strategies.
Monitor performance metrics and recommend improvements.
Create documentation and present findings to stakeholders and senior leadership.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in a data analyst or similar role.
Proficiency in SQL and experience with at least one programming language (e.g., Python, R).
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
